Production time
Once your order has been received, we begin making your pieces just for you. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade in South Australia, and all orders are made to order rather than mass‑produced.
Please allow up to 20 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in South Australia) for your order to be made before it is shipped. During busy periods, launches or sales, production times may be closer to the full 20 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier details and your tracking number.
Order arrival
Our delivery timeframes are estimates only and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner, but delays may occur due to high volumes, campaigns and sales periods, or issues with the carrier.

If you are not home when your parcel arrives, the carrier will usually leave a card or notification explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. This may include:
• details of a safe place where the parcel has been left, or
• instructions on how to pick it up from a collection point or rearrange delivery.
If your order seems significantly delayed or you believe it may be lost, please contact us at hello@anythingbut.co with your order number and tracking details so we can help you follow up with the carrier.
Changing or cancelling orders
Once your order has been packed or has left our premises, we unfortunately will not be able to make changes or cancel it at that stage.
